BASTOCK094 – 3/4 Pollmann Alexandria

The Alexandria is a beautiful model from Pöllmann having a practical shape with Bavarian flair.  The upper bout is small enough to accommodate thumb position acrobatics, yet the lower bout is large enough to produce strong orchestra fundamentals.  And the string length is more than comfortable even for smaller hands.  Bravo to Pöllmann for finding such a wonderful balance of the essential elements.  If you’re attracted to the shape and dimensions, you will also be very pleased with the sound.
