Description
The overall romantic, eclectic style of his virtuoso double bass concerto contains influences from Robert Schumann, Johannes Brahms, and the early Arnold Schoenberg. Pianist and composer Geert Callaert composed the present orchestration of Wallner’s concerto for double bass and orchestra.
